I found this fabulous resource for FREE on Teachers-Pay-Teachers by Jodie Southard from funinfirst.com for the holidays, complete with printables and I just had to share them with you (because who has time to sift through TPT or Pinterest for lessons when we’re up to our eyeballs in lesson planning, report cards, and managing the day-to-day stresses of school?).
- Kindness Activities for the students to complete during the lead-up to the holidays (in the form of adorable lift-the-flap gifts)
- A writing prompt with blackline master “We can light up the world” to encourage students to write about the kind things they can do to make the world a better place
- Finally, this resource includes 2 printable bulletin board titles for the above activities
- I mentioned it was free, right?!
Leave a comment below to share how you used and adapted this lesson for your classroom! I always get inspired by people’s stories and the things they do. You might just inspire someone today!
